Privacy Notice

Last updated 12 August 2026

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third-party server. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

Who we are

VIDIKA is the trading name of Jasna Dragojević PR VIDIKA, registered in Serbia. We decide why and how the personal data described here is handled, which makes us its controller.

Visiting the site

We set no cookies, and we store nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, and no advertising code anywhere on this site. Our typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a font network, so simply reading this page doesn’t announce your visit to anyone else.

Two things still happen, as they do for any website. Our hosting and security providers record a standard log line for each request — IP address, time, the page asked for, and the browser’s user agent — which keeps the site available and lets us see an attack for what it is. And Cloudflare, which delivers the site and shields it from abuse, sets a single __cf_bm cookie to tell human visitors from bots. It carries no profile of you, expires within half an hour, and is strictly necessary for the site’s security — which is why there is no cookie banner to click past.

When you write to us

The contact form asks for three things: your name, your email address, and your message.

The email that reaches us also carries a few technical details recorded at the moment you send: your IP address and the approximate country it resolves to, your browser’s user agent, the date and time, and how long the form was open before submission. The last of those is a spam signal — forms filled in under three seconds weren’t filled in by a person.

We use all of this to read your message and reply to it, and to keep the form from being turned into a spam relay. Under the GDPR our grounds are Article 6(1)(b), where your message is a step toward working together, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting our own infrastructure; the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act provides the equivalent grounds. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for advertising.

To cap how often the form can be submitted, IP addresses are held in the handler’s memory for a rolling ten minutes and then discarded. They are never written to a database.

How long we keep it

Your message and our reply stay in the [email protected] mailbox for as long as the conversation — and anything that grows out of it — needs them. Correspondence with no continuing purpose is deleted within 24 months of our last exchange. The anti-spam IP data is gone within ten minutes, and our providers rotate their request logs on their own schedules, typically within days.

Who else handles it

Only the providers that make the site and its inbox work, each acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement:

  • the infrastructure provider that hosts the site and the contact handler;
  • Cloudflare, for content delivery, DNS and protection against attack;
  • the email provider that delivers your enquiry and hosts the mailbox our reply is written from.

Nobody else receives it.

Where it goes

We are based in Serbia, which sits outside the European Economic Area. If you write to us from the EEA, your message travels to us here, and some of the providers above may process it outside the EEA as well. Where the law requires a safeguard for that journey, it rests on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our handling it on legitimate interest grounds, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Serbian supervisory authority — the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, [email protected] — or, if you are in the EEA, to the authority where you live.

Children

This site isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

Leaving the site

The links in the corner of the site lead to our pages on LinkedIn, IMDb and Instagram. Follow one and you are on their ground, under their privacy policies rather than this one.
